Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch square baking pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
Prepare the Almond Flour Crust:
In a large bowl, combine the 2 cups of almond flour, melted 1/2 cup of coconut oil, 1/2 cup of coconut sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Mix well until the mixture is crumbly and evenly combined.
Press the almond flour mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared 8x8-inch square baking pan to form an even crust.
Layer the Goodies:
Sprinkle the vegan chocolate chips and white chocolate chips evenly over the almond flour crust.
Sprinkle the shredded coconut and crushed walnuts over the chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. Ensure an even distribution for each topping.
Evenly pour the sweetened condensed coconut milk over the entire mixture. Using a spatula will make this process easier!
Bake to Perfection:
Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until the edges are golden brown, and the center is set.
Cool and Slice:
Allow the magic squares to cool completely in the baking pan on a wire rack. Once cooled, refrigerate for an hour to firm up the layers.
Once fully set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the magic square slab from the pan. Place it on a cutting board and slice into squares or bars of your desired size.
