Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt for the crust
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 cup vegan white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup crushed walnuts
  • 1 can sweetened condensed coconut milk

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch square baking pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

Prepare the Almond Flour Crust:

  • In a large bowl, combine the 2 cups of almond flour, melted 1/2 cup of coconut oil, 1/2 cup of coconut sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Mix well until the mixture is crumbly and evenly combined.
  • Press the almond flour mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared 8x8-inch square baking pan to form an even crust.

Layer the Goodies:

  • Sprinkle the vegan chocolate chips and white chocolate chips evenly over the almond flour crust.
  • Sprinkle the shredded coconut and crushed walnuts over the chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. Ensure an even distribution for each topping.
  • Evenly pour the sweetened condensed coconut milk over the entire mixture. Using a spatula will make this process easier!

Bake to Perfection:

  • Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until the edges are golden brown, and the center is set.

Cool and Slice:

  • Allow the magic squares to cool completely in the baking pan on a wire rack. Once cooled, refrigerate for an hour to firm up the layers.
  • Once fully set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the magic square slab from the pan. Place it on a cutting board and slice into squares or bars of your desired size.
