Guacamole

Ingredients
  

  • 5 ripe small avocados
  • 1 jalapeño pepper diced finely
  • 1/4 small onion diced finely
  • a handful of fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 large lime
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut and scoop out the flesh of the ripe avocados into a bowl.
  • Add finely diced jalapeño, onion, and chopped cilantro to the bowl.
  • Squeeze the juice of one large lime into the mixture.
  • Sprinkle cumin and add sea salt to taste.
  • Gently mash and mix the ingredients until desired consistency is achieved.

Notes

Will last in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
