Ingredients
1
cup
liquid
I use 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
3
tbsp
rolled oats
1
scoop
your favourite protein powder
1
tbsp
Peanut butter powder
1
tsp
chia seeds
sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
Add your liquid to your jar or container with a lid.
Add the remaining ingredients, put the lid on and shake well to combine.
Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Notes
I used Protein Works vegan wonder shake for my protein powder but any powder that mixes well without blending will work great here.
