Before the world turned upside down with the arrival of the pandemic, Plant Inspired Kitchen was not just a brick-and-mortar establishment—it was my little creative haven. From serving up delicious plant-based meals through our delivery service to hosting workshops that brought people together, the kitchen was my canvas, and the ingredients were my palette.
As a yoga instructor, I’ve always emphasized the connection between what we put into our bodies and our overall well-being. It’s this holistic approach that fuels my culinary adventures. When life threw the unexpected curveball of COVID-19, like many others, I had to adapt. While the physical doors of Plant Inspired Kitchen may have closed, the virtual world opened up new opportunities.
